Some nodes of the tree are redundant.
We use the angle between two nodes to calculate if a node is redundant.
If the angle is below a certain threshold, we remove the concerned node.

Green Nodes: Non-redundant
Red Nodes: Redundant

Use Left Click to look around and Right Click to slide the camera. Use the Mouse Wheel to zoom.
